Cancelling policy

Before cancelling a class, think about the rebooking option
Keep in mind that, a cancelled class represent a lost oportunity for another student to practice french, and an economic loss for me.

How to cancel a class?

Cancel from four email

Follow these steps: In your emails their is the booking confirmation

Cancel from Google agenda, Outlook calendar, iCalendar,… Only apply if you previously saved a class in your agenda

Follow these steps: The class is booked in your agenda

Cost

A cancelled class is considered consumed.
Whatever is the cause of the cancelation, the class will be charged. For that very reason I recommend you to rebook the class instead.

Force majeur causes

No existen causas de fuerza mayor en las cancelaciones. Similarly, if you forget to assist to a class, it will be considered as cancelled.

How to rebook a class?

Rebook a class from your email

Follow these steps: The reservation's confirmation of the class to be rebooked is in your emails

Rebook from an agenda (Google, Outlook, iCalendar,…). Only apply if you did saved the class on it (it's not automatic)

Follow these steps: The class is saved in Google agenda

Cost

If you rebook a class it won't have extra cost only if :

you rebook the class with 48 hours of anticipation
and if you rebook it within the 7 days following the original class date.

If you are not able to rebook within those times, 50% of the price of the class will be charged as a penalty, that, only if you rebook within the 15 days following to the original date.
If those conditions are not respected, the class will be considered as cancelled.

Only the following situations are considered force majeur:
